1. 10% of the contracted total event spend (excluding GST) is gifted to you for use during your Event
in the form of additional value add of F&B inclusions.
2. The additional value is applicable only on event days and does not extend to days when only
accommodation is booked.
3. The offer is valid for events booked between September 20 and October 31 2024, for events taking
place between November 1 and December 31 2024.
4. A booking constitutes a signed contract provided for eligible conference & event bookings at
participating Atura Hotels. To be eligible, the event must actualize and not be cancelled, for any reason, as
per the signed contract. If the event is cancelled, all value adds will be Removed.
5. This offer excludes parking & AV.
6. Your value-add selection is subject to availability and at the discretion of the General Manager.
7. If attendee numbers change after contracting, the value add will be calculated based on the final
total spending (excluding GST) in the amended contract.
8. The offer cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions and is nonexchangeable for
cash or redemption in any other form.
9. 10% value added is free of charge.
10. Any value adds that exceed the 10% value will be payable by the event organiser prior to the
commencement of their event.
11. The delivery of the value add is at the expense of Atura Hotels.
12. Only available at participating hotels and maximum spends may apply.
13. We retain the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without notice.
