Sketch model in the lobby

Sketching a clothed model in a hotel lobby is not what you expect when you think of an art class.
The quirky concept is starting at Prospect’s Atura Hotel, hosting the class each Sunday from 2-5pm.
In partnership with the Blacktown Arts Centre, the Atura Sketch Club will give people the opportunity to channel their inner artist.
The project was the brainchild of general manager Joel Gordon who wanted to emphasise the hotel’s art-inspired philosophy.
“We are giving people an area that is unique and inspires creativity,” he said.
