The Roadhouse Bar and Grill culinary offering which can be found at all Atura Hotels is inspired by the contemporary American Roadhouse experience and has been designed to be as popular with neighbourhood locals as it is with guests staying in-house. Located at the heart of the lobby experience, the food is great and well-priced with the menu including mouth-watering steaks, delicious healthy options and the infamous Roadhouse Burger. Adding to the decidedly non-standard mid-market offering, the Roadhouse Bar features an exceptional line-up of premium whiskeys including our own barrel-aged drop, an enviable cocktail line-up plus organic espresso and cold brew coffee.
The flagship Atura Hotel property opened in the Western Sydney greenbelt of Prospect in Blacktown in New South Wales in late 2013. Designed by specialist hospitality architect Peter Israel and renowned hotel interior designer Nic Graham, the property is an engaging embrace of industrial inspiration, modern functionality and urban form. Within a year of opening, the hotel won several prestigious industry awards including being named Australia’s Best Mid-Range Accommodation at the 2014 Australian Hotel Association Awards for Excellence.
Three more Atura Hotel properties were launched since: Atura Albury in regional New South Wales, Atura Dandenong in Melbourne’s East, and Atura Adelaide Airport in South Australia. Our properties have won prestigious industry awards since opening. Over the next few years, Atura Hotels will continue to be launched across Australia in select CBD locations, business park precincts and regional hubs.
