Hahndorf Main Street

Hahndorf is located in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia and is the oldest surviving Germanic settlement in Australia, founded 1839. Discover the charm and hospitality of this contemporary artisan village located just half an hour south-east of Adelaide.

Hahndorf Academy in Hahndorf’s main street is a hub of creativity and heritage, with exhibitions, classes and an outstanding shop selling the work of local artists and designers. Its also home to the Adelaide Hills Visitor Information Centre.
